Bráulio is a graphic designer and illustrator from Portugal who lives in New York City.

He is the founder and creative director of BAD (Braulio Amado Design) Studio. He previously worked at Alva studio, Pentagram Design, Bloomberg Business Week and Wieden+Kennedy. He also releases books and records via Sleep City Records, creates posters for cultural events and has collaborated as designer and illustrator with countless alternative publications. His vibrant, kinetic work has appeared in The New York Times, Businessweek and WIRED. He’s collaborated with artists who include Beck, Frank Ocean, Róisín Murphy and Robyn. He also co-runs the NYC multi-purpose art space Sixth Street Haunted House (SSHH).
