GREP and Scripts are two of InDesign’s most powerful–and least used–features.

What can GREP do? You’ll never have a Widow or Orphan in any document ever again. Automatically. You’ll forget they are even a thing. What can Scripts do? How about automatically shading hundreds of table cells based on the client’s ever changing values and text inside those cells? GREP and Scripts, in combination with AI, you can write simple, and even advanced scripts and selectors, that complete the repetitive tasks you are sick of and send you on an early lunch (I won’t tell anyone).
