Streaming pass
The streaming pass includes livestreamed access to presentations on the Meridian Hall Main Stage, and the Bluma Appel and Jane Mallett Theatres at the St. Lawrence Centre. Recordings of the presentations will be available for three months after the conference. Workshops, roundtables, the Supplier Showcase and Marketplace are not streamed or recorded due to their interactive nature.

Combo tickets include Affiliate membership for 12 months. Review all the benefits of Membership in the RGD here. This combo offer is only for new applicants. Existing Affiliate Members cannot use this rate.
RGD Members must have a non-expired/paid membership at the time of the conference to access the Member rates.
The Group registration rate applies to a non-member attending DesignThinkers as a part of a group of three or more individuals from the same company or a non-member who works for a non-profit or charitable organization.
Cancellation & refunds
A cancellation fee of $75 is applied to each cancelled registration. No refunds for in-person registrations will be issued after September 2. In-person registrations can be exchanged for a virtual event registration until September 16 with the difference in price refunded. Substitutions are permitted until September 16. Please request substitutions in writing to: [email protected]. Any registration transferred from an RGD Member to a Non-Member will be adjusted to the Non-Member rate.
In the unlikely event that the RGD is not able to proceed with DesignThinkers 2025 as an in-person event in Toronto, your ticket will be transferred to the virtual event with a refund being provided for any difference in the ticket prices. If you do not wish to attend the virtual conference, you will have 10 days from the date of the announcement to request a refund (minus a $75 admin fee).
Venue accessibility
Meridian Hall
Meridian Hall lobbies and washrooms are barrier free for patrons using wheelchairs or similar assistive devices. The main lobby has an elevator to the mezzanine and lower lobby spaces for those who may need it. Meridian Hall has dedicated wheelchair-accessible seating locations on the orchestra and mezzanine levels, plus other seating suitable for patrons with limited mobility (people who have walkers, crutches, service animals, collapsible wheelchairs, etc.).
St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts
St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts main floor lobbies and main floor washrooms are barrier free for patrons using wheelchairs or similar assistive devices. Both auditoriums, the Bluma Appel Theatre and Jane Mallett Theatre, have dedicated wheelchair-accessible seating locations, plus other seating in each theatre suitable for patrons with limited mobility (people with walkers, crutches, service animals, collapsible wheelchairs, etc.).
