Design Thinkers 2011 and the “Exquisite Corpse”

To celebrate how design connects us, we've invited some of our favorite visual communicators to participate in our own version of Exquisite Corpse. This time-honored exercise typically sees collaborating contributors blindly adding to a composition in sequence. No one sees what another has drawn, except for what's necessary to connect one portion to the next.

Leading up to DesignThinkers 2011, this large-scale, collaborative work will grow, piece by piece, on all communication materials. It will become our own kind of exquisite body: one collective, interconnected work. Let's connect at DesignThinkers 2011 to see where it takes us.

The DesignThinkers 2011 website, designed by Parcel, our DT 2011 Design Partner with back-end development by RGD Web Partner Smallbox Software Inc., went live in June. “Smallbox is excited to partner with RGD and Parcel Design on the site for DesignThinkers 2011. A dynamic and engaging website has become a marketing requirement for any successful conference. So much happens before, during and after DesignThinkers that the website is an essential resource for attendees to plan, connect and reconnect. We're really pleased with the new site and we look forward to meeting you at the conference later this year,” said Shawn Bouchard of Smallbox in Vancouver.
