The 2007 conference brought together over 1000 participants
from across the country and a line-up of international
speakers to listen, learn and discuss what matters
to you, the Canadian design industry. DesignThinkers
2007 presented dynamic keynote and breakout sessions
on sustainability, trends in mass marketing, the shifting
global economy, targeting messages, the special challenges
facing women, creative leadership, research-driven
design, innovation, brand and end users. From screening
Helvetica, touring diverse local studios, shmoozing
it up in Toronto's theatre district and dining at
the 360 Restaurant at the top of the CN tower, this
year's conference delivered its most energizing programming
