Head of Strategy, STRAWBERRYFROG
USA
Tracey Lee was an eccentric child growing up in New
Zealand, wanting nothing but an Oxford dictionary for
her 8th birthday. She studied media, politics and sociology,
and about when she was supposed to take up a government
policy position ran away with the circus, or in this
case, Australasian agency The Campaign Palace. Hungry
for more, she ran away again a couple years later to
champion strategy on ABSOLUT at TBWA/CHIAT/ DAY NY.
She enjoyed the heady .com years, including the launch
of ORBITZ.com before jetting off to lead strategic work
for M&C Saatchi New York and British Airways. In
2003, Tracey Lee became one of the core frogs setting
up StrawberryFrog New York. Married herself to a typographer/designer,
she is honored to speak at the conference. “Tracey
Lee is one of the brightest minds in advertising today,”
said Uli Wiesendanger, the ‘W’ of TBWA and
Chairman of StrawberryFrog.
