Waterfall self-described: "I did my Masters at
the Royal College of Art in London, wore a dress for
two years. Started a company in my dining room which
exploded to employ 300 people in eight countries. Trained
as a product designer, achieved number one "Global
Creative Interactive Agency" in 1998 (deepend).
The world imploded and I signed off for four months,
then signed up with "Mother" the UK's most
creative advertising agency two years running. Now I
