Margaret partners with the world’s largest brands
to drive change through design. Margaret has led identity
programs for BP, HP, FedEx, Microsoft, Ford, Intel,
H&R Block, Gap and Warner Brothers. She has also
helped numerous non-profits increase their presence
in the marketplace, including the American Red Cross,
YWCA and the US Olympic Team. Most recently Margaret
served as VP of Marketing and Senior Creative Director
of Banana Republic. Previous, she was Executive Creative
Director and Principal of Landor Associates. “In
Designing business transformation,” she discusses
the power marketing and design leaders have to change
a whole company culture and help companies understand
that delivering financial results is no longer enough.
