Brian is the Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy
& Mather Worldwide, the ad agency behind Dove’s
Campaign for Real Beauty which has become an international
media phenomenon challenging the feminine cliches perpetuated
by advertising. Brian leads the Brand Integration Group
(BIG), which has been called “the leading incubator
of design talent in advertising… they refuse to
sanction time-worn notions and their output never seems
less than original.” In his presentation, “Design
changes everything”, Brian discusses how people
respond to things that are pleasing to the senses and
