Life of Water
Andrew Stawicki is a founder of PhotoSensitive,
a non-profit collective that explores how photography
can contribute to social justice. Born in Poland, Andrew
joined the staff of The Toronto Star in 1983.
His work has appeared in the A Day In The Life Of...
books on Canada, Japan, the U.S., Spain and the Soviet
Union. Andrew presents THE LIFE OF WATER. Photojournalists,
documentary, art and commercial photographers from across
Canada interpreted and documented the life of water,
for an exhibition, book and DVD. The project is also
the feature subject of the 5th issue of award-winning
Fiber magazine.
